Hello, I’m Sue Stevens, a fully qualified Counsellor, Naturopath, Homeopath, Nutritionist, Lecturer, Educator, and Massage Therapist.

I’ve been in practice since 1998, offering both professional expertise and personal insight during consultations. Together, we’ll work to address any health concerns and help you achieve a revitalised, healthier version of yourself.

I’m passionate about helping you rediscover and maintain your wellbeing on all levels. To me, health is not simply the absence of disease, but the presence of vitality in many aspects of life, along with the energy and resilience to navigate life’s challenges with enthusiasm.

Professional Summary

Sue began her health studies at Nature Care College in 1990. In 1993 she graduated as a massage therapist and began working at McLaren Street Clinic in North Sydney. By 1998, Sue had expanded her practice to include naturopathy and nutrition, and she has since developed expertise in vitality, longevity, and healthy ageing through many postgraduate studies at Australian universities. Her clinical practice focuses on a holistic approach to well-being that integrates the physical, spiritual, and emotional aspects of health.

Clinical Practice: Since 1998, Sue has been practising as a Naturopath and Clinical Nutritionist, on the lower North Shore of Sydney, she is currently in clinical practice at Wycombe Road in Neutral Bay.

Teaching & Mentoring

  • Lectured at Nature Care College (2010–2018) and Endeavour College (2014–2020).
  • Currently lectures at Torrens University (since 2017), educating students in naturopathy, herbal medicine, and nutrition.
  • Mentors’ new graduates and presents practitioner workshops through the Australian Traditional Medicine Society, Syd Herbs, and podcasts.

Community Involvement

  • Actively engages in public health education through lectures and workshops at the North Sydney Community Centre and other community groups.
  • Since 2023 Sue has been involved with taking students studying at Torrens University, through the New Columbo Grant to Nepal. Through this grant we are raising funds to support essential healthcare providers in Nepal. Sue is president of the Social Impact Association, formed to engage the public, students and graduates, to connect directly with community members on projects in Nepal that improve public health, education.
