Help Us Make a Difference!

Sue has been involved with taking students studying at Torrens University, through the New Columbo Grant to Nepal since 2023.  Through this grant we are raising funds to support three essential healthcare providers in Nepal – the Community Leadership Nepal Foundation (CLNF), Dhulikhel Hospital, and the Hospital and Rehabilitation Center for Disabled Children (HRDC), that provide various lifesaving community health initiatives.

The Nepal Social Impact Association, formed to engage the public, students and graduates, works directly with community members on projects that improve public health, education, sanitation, and leadership development. Our goal is to build a future where communities are empowered to manage their own development and improve their quality of life.

Our current focus is on raising funds for the following healthcare providers:

Dhulikhel Hospital

Dhulikhel Hospital is an independent, non-government, not-for-profit institution that provides affordable, high-quality healthcare to the people of Nepal. As well there are18 Outreach Centers spread across rural Nepal, Dhulikhel Hospital serves as a critical lifeline for thousands of people, especially in underserved communities.
