Our Thrive Through Menopause Partners

About Sue Stevens

I have worked in complementary therapies for most of my adult life, and now having been in practice for more than 2 decades, lecturing for over 10 years and completing a master’s degree in nutrition I wanted to share more of what I have learned to a wider audience. Having entered menopause myself, and consulting with so many women struggling with their menopause, I decided a foundation program of achievable, specific, and comprehensive dietary and lifestyle measures would be a great idea to support menopausal women to change. While diet is very important, and what I know well, I realised that I needed experts in different fields that would also contribute what they know, and the Thrive Through Menopause Program was born.

I am currently still in practice in Neutral Bay, Sydney, and lecturing at Torrens University. In my spare time, I love to swim and cycle and spending time in nature (usually gardening).
