What you will learn in our 6-week program
Each week we will have a different topic that is foundational is ‘recalibrating’ your body to enable you to gain control and learn to Thrive Through Menopause. Each weekday there will be a short daily video outlining ideas to incorporate from that week’s topic, with helpful summaries and actionable downloads. At the end of each week there will be an interview and Q and A session with that week’s expert as well.

What will I learn during the 6 weeks?
Each week focuses on a core topic, including:
- Hormonal Balance – Understanding hormonal changes and how to support your body.
- Nutrition & Movement – Foods and exercises that ease symptoms and boost metabolism.
- Stress & Sleep – Techniques to improve sleep quality and manage stress.
- Mindset & Emotional Wellness – Tools to maintain a positive outlook and emotional resilience.
How is the program delivered?
The program is delivered through a combination of:
- 5 Weekday recorded ‘chucks’ of relevant information + a weekly recorded interview with Sue and an industry expert to address any questions.
- Downloadable resources (meal plans, symptom trackers, etc.).
- A supportive online community for sharing and connection.
How much time will I need to commit each week?
On average, you’ll need about 10 – 15 minutes of daily self-paced learning, and added time for implementing the strategies.
