About Sue
Empowering Women. Inspiring Practitioners. Creating Change.
My Mission
At the heart of my work is a simple truth – every woman deserves to feel valued, vibrant, and in control of her health at every stage of life. My mission is to provide compassionate, natural, and wise support that honours each woman’s unique journey as she navigates the complexities of menopause.
My graduate mentoring programme is designed to bridge the gap between study and practice, giving new naturopaths and nutritionists the confidence, clinical skills, and business know-how to thrive as ethical, heartfelt practitioners.
My Why for Thriving Through Menopause
At Handcrafted Health, I’m here to help women step into the second half of life with intention, clarity, and confidence. Menopause isn’t an ending – it’s a powerful transformation.
I believe in walking alongside you with compassion, holistic wisdom, and practical support. Together, we’ll work to restore balance through natural medicine, nutrition, and counseling so you can:
- Reconnect with your strength
- Regain your energy and vitality
- Move forward with renewed purpose
When a woman thrives, her family and community feel the ripple effect.
