What you will learn in our 6-week program
Each week we will have a different topic that is foundational is ‘recalibrating’ your body to enable you to gain control and learn to Thrive Through Menopause.
Each weekday there will be a short daily video outlining ideas to incorporate from that week’s topic, with helpful summaries and actionable downloads.
At the end of each week there will be an interview and Q and A session with that week’s expert as well.
At the beginning of each week, you for the day to inspire you (and maybe give you a laugh!)
I have long thought that we all need our own personal ‘cheer squad’ to support us to gain and sustain great health. It is with this in mind I have assembled a team of experts to guide and support you though this unique program.
- Clinical nutritionist/naturopath – Sue Stevens (Me!)
- In Week 1 – Nutritionist, recipe creator / Caterer Wendy Middleton Wendy
- In week 2 – Mediation teacher – Joshua Rasco and Naturopath / Breath Work Teacher – Mim Beim
- In week 3 Mim joins us again
- In week 4 we meet Exercise Physiologist – Olivia Terry
- And finally, in week 5, we meet Psychotherapist – Joy Stewart
