As a new graduate, stepping into clinical practice can feel exciting—yet overwhelming. That’s why I created this mentoring program: to walk alongside you as you build the confidence, clarity, and competence you need to thrive as a professional.

With over 28 years in clinical practice and 15+ years in tertiary teaching, I bring not only academic and clinical excellence but also real-world insight into what it takes to succeed – ethically, practically, and holistically. My background spans naturopathy, nutrition, counselling, herbal medicine, pathology and business mentoring, giving you access to an integrated support system that understands the full scope of your training—and your potential.

My unique approach combines evidence-based guidance with heart-centred mentoring, focusing not just on what you know, but who you’re becoming as a practitioner.
